Hue welcomes 30,000 foreigners during Tet
The famous citadel in the former imperial capital of Hue drew more than 50,000 tourists, including 30,000 foreigners, during the recent Lunar New Year festival ( Tet).
Cua Van Fishing Village
Cua Van Village lies in a calm bay surrounded y a thousand green isles, about 30km away from Bai Chay Harbour, situated at Hung Thang Commune, Ha Long City. There are 4 fishing villages in the World Heritage site: Ba Hang, Cua Van, Vong Vieng and Cap La. Cua Van is the largest with a total of 287 households and 1,283 people who mainly earn their livelihood by fishing.
Lan Ha bay
Lan Ha Bay is located to the east of Cat Ba Island .Its covers an area of more than 7,000 ha of which 5,400 ha is under the management of Cat Ba National Park.
Around 200 species of fish, 500 species of mollusc, 400 species of arthropod and numerous hard and soft coral live in Lan Ha Bay. Larger marine animals in the area include seals and three species of dolphin.
Bai Dinh, the biggest pagoda in ASEAN
Bai Dinh Pagoda is famous for its great size and imposingness. Roughly 100 km South from Hanoi, near the city of Ninh Binh, reclining on a hill in Gia Vien commune alongside the Hoang Long River and the Trang An tourism area, reposes what will surely become Vietnam’s richest cultural mecca.
