“ Gold tourism season” in Khanh Hoa

The lasting storms cause many disadvantages to the tourism industry in general. However, the rainy season has been the "gold season" of the tourism industry in the south central coast.

 

Up to now, Khanh Hoa filfuled almost preparing to welcome international visitors in this winter reason , not only create the impression of tourism products but also maintain, establish international direct flights in Khanh Hoa- familiar destination for travelers looking for a warm space in the winter.

The two-day kite festival of the Southeastern region officially opened in Vung Tau City on April 6.

The event attracted 90 craftsmen from 6 clubs in Dak Lak, Khanh Hoa, Ho Chi Minh City, Dong Nai and Ba Ria-Vung Tau with a total of more than 100 colourful kites of different shapes and sizes.

The Sea and Island Week 2011 will take place in the central coastal city of Nha Trang, Khanh Hoa Province from June 6-8.

The National Tourism Year-Phu Yen 2011 under the theme “Beach and Island Tourism” will open in the southern central province of Phu Yen on April 1.

At a press briefing on March 16, the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism said the 2011 National Tourism Year will highlight the south central coastal region with 30 cultural, sports and tourism events in co-hosting provinces and cities, including Da Nang, Quang Nam, Quang Ngai, Binh Dinh, Khanh Hoa, Ninh Thuan and Binh Thuan.

Hotel management company Epikurean Villas Hotels & Hideouts will put into service a new luxury resort in the central coast city of Nha Trang on April 2.

The resort An Lam Ninh Van Bay Villas is some 16 kilometers from Nha Trang City, or a 30-minute drive from Cam Ranh Airport in Khanh Hoa Province.

Three tourist cruises dock at Nha Trang Port

Three ships docked Nha Trang Port on February 9th, bringing thousands of international tourists to the beautiful city in Khanh Hoa Province.

The ships included the “Nautica” with 700 tourists and 360 crew members, the “Minerva” with 400 tourists and 200 crew members and the “Princess Daphne” with 300 tourists and 200 crew members.

Foreign entrepreneur farmers in Vietnam

There are people from foreign lands in the central highland province of Lam Dong who are seriously involved in farming as a profession.

Saigon-Hanoi charity caravan heads north

A nine-day caravan named “A charity journey from Saigon to Hanoi 2010” to welcome the 1,000th anniversary of Thang Long-Hanoi left HCMC on Thursday on its first leg to Binh Thuan province.

The caravan, which was organized by C.T Group, HCMC Business Association, Vietnam’s Young Doctor Association and other donors, will travel through provinces including Binh Thuan, Khanh Hoa, Thua Thien-Hue, Danang, Binh Dinh, Quang Binh on its way to the capital.
