DAY 1: VIENTIANE – ARRIVAL

Upon arrival, you will be met and transferred to your centrally located hotel. Vientiene is a fascinating capital, with a fusion of Lao, Thai, Chinese, Vietnamese, French, and American influences. This charming and easygoing city will provide a smooth introduction to Laos. After a short rest, an orientation walk of the Lao Capital is a pleasant way to spend the day, strolling around some of the city’s most historical sites and seeing some of the French colonial architecture. We observe the sunset by the Mekong Riverside until the late evening. Dinner at local restaurant. Overnight in Vientiane

DAY 2: VIENTIANE – LUANG PRABANG (FLIGHT)

Morning, after breakfast, we start to visit the major sights of the capital; including the oldest Wat Sisaket with thousands of miniature Buddha statues and the former royal temple of Wat Prakeo, which previously housed the famous Emerald Buddha Image. On the way to the famous and sacred structure of That Luang Stupa, we will stop to take some pictures of the imposing Patuxay Monument, which is well known as Vientiane’s own Arc de Triumph. From there, we visit the central or ‘Morning Market’ which is a great place for browsing antiques, handmade textiles and gifts. Lunch at local restaurant.

Afternoon, we spend the rest of this day touring the Lao capital, visiting the National Museum (closed Tuesday) formerly known as the Revolutionary Museum, which exhibits artifacts, photos and legends of Laos’s history fighters and leaders from the Ancienttimes to the new revolution period. We then board our short flight to the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage City of Luang Prabang, which is perhaps the best - preserved traditional city in Southeast Asia. On arrival, we transfer you to your hotel. After a short rest, we stroll around the Night Market, where you can find a lovely selection of textiles made by the local and the hilltribe people surrounding Luang Prabang. We then climb up to the top of Mount Phousi for an enjoyable exploration of the sacred, gilded stupa as well as viewing a beautiful and panoramic sunset over the Ancientcity and the Mekong River. DAY 3: LUANG PRABANG – PAK OU CAVE

After breakfast, we enjoy a short-guided tour seeing the city’s oldest temple of impressive stupa of Wat Visoun and the shrines of Wat Aham and Wat Mai, Wat Sene and the magnificent Wat Xiengthong with its roofs sweeping low to the ground, which represents classical Laotian architecture. We then board a cruise upstreamon the Mekong River, which gives us a panoramic view of the tranquil countryside as well as an interesting visit to the mysterious of Pak Ou Caves, two linked caves crammed with thousands of gold lacquered Buddha statues of various shapes and sizes left by pilgrims. Along the way, we stop at the village of Ban Xanghai, where they make the local rice wine. Lunch at local restaurant.
On our way back, we pass the local villages at Ban Xiengmene and Ban Chan continue to see the royal temple at Wat Longkhoun and Ban Phanom, a village well known for its hand weaving. Overnight in Luang Prabang

DAY 4: LUANG PRABANG - HANOI  (FLIGHT)

Today you are transferred to Luang Prabang Airport to board flight for Hanoi. Upon arrival in Hanoi / Noi Bai International Airport you are met and transferred to hotel for check in. Lunch at local restaurant.
Late afternoon, transfer to visit the peaceful lake of Hoan Kiem with Ngoc Son Temple, have a cyclo (pedicab) trip around with 36 streets of Ha Noi old quarter.  In the evening, we attend the performance of the famous Vietnamese traditional art of water puppetry at Thang Long theatre.

DAY 5: HANOI FULL DAY CITY TOUR

Morning, city tour to visit Hochiminh Complex, this complex  comprises the Mausoleum of the nation’s founder Hochiminh (closed on Monday, Friday and the whole months of October-November), the Presidential Palace and the Ho Chi Minh’s house on stilts, the One Pillar Pagoda, whose origins date back to the foundation of city. We follow this with a trip to the Temple of Literature, which is well known as the first university of Vietnam built in 1070.
Afternoon, we visit the Ethnological Museum, the most interesting museum in Hanoi. We will view Tran Quoc Pagoda, Vietnam's oldest pagoda, built in the 6th century and located on Cayang Island in the middle of the lake.  We visit these sights before continuing to the peaceful lake of Hoan Kiem with Ngoc Son Temple, take 1-hour Cyclo trip around with 36 streets of Ha Noi old quarter and enjoy the performance of the famous Vietnamese traditional art of water puppetry at Thang Long theatre.

DAY 6: HANOI – HA LONG

08:00     Transfer to Halong via vehicle (160km driving one way - 3.5hrs drive). This will be your first opportunity to see some of the rural areas of Vietnam. The drive goes through the Red River delta, so we'll have plenty of chance for taking photo of Vietnamese farmers tilling the vast green paddy field. 
With a quick rest stop en route, you will reach Halong City. Arrival in Halong at 11:30

13h00:     Have lunch board
13h30:     A fantastic cruise in Ha Long bay, visit Dinh Huong island, Ga Choi island, Dog island, Sail island,visit Sung Sot cave and a swim at Titov beach.
17h30:     Relax and enjoy sunset
19h30:     Enjoy dinner on board.
21h00:     Fishing or relax and spending a night on board.

DAY 7: HALONG – HANOI - HUE

Early risers can enjoy a morning view of Bay's landscapes. Sitting on the upper desk we can enjoy the breath - taking beauty of the rocky islands rising from the crystal-clear water of the Bay. We can hear the birds singing, cicadas chirping ashore and the gentle lapping of the waves against our boat, the perfect soundtrack to accompany the fresh air and  gentle breeze.
7:00     Have breakfast
7:30     A morning cruise to visit Man's head island. Tortoise island. Visit to Bai Tu Long bay.
10:00     Arrange luggage and check out then have lunch on boat.
11:45     Arrive at the pier. Our guide and driver pick you up and transfer to Noi Bai airport for flight
to Hue. (BRUNCH)
After 1 hour flight, we arrive at Phu Bai airport-Hue. You will be welcomes by our tour guide and driver. Transfer to Hue city center for check-in.

DAY 8: HUE FULL DAY CITY TOUR

Morning, we cruise along the Perfume River. Being the former royal capital, Hue's surrounding countryside contains several of the tombs of the former Nguyen Emperors to visit Minh Mang Tomb. Back to the Perfume River to visit the Thien Mu Pagoda, It is an active Buddhist monastery with its origins dating back to 1601. Lunch at local restaurant.
Afternoon, city tour to visit Hue Citadel - Vietnam’s former imperial capital and recognized by UNESCO as a World Heritage site. With an area of 500ha and a system of three circles of ramparts, namely from outside to inside: Kinh Thanh Hue (Hue Capital Citadel), Hoang Thanh (Royal Citadel) and Tu Cam Thanh (Forbidden Citadel) and Khai Dinh Tomb _ In comparison with those of the preceding emperors, it is very elaborate. It is the result of the interminglement of many architectural trends: European and Asian, as well as ancient and modern.

DAY 9: HUE – DANANG – HOIAN

Morning, leave Hue we drive south to Hoian Morning. The scenic road is hugging the coastline before crossing over the winding Hai Van pass. A view from the top of the pass is one of Vietnam’s most impressive panoramic scenes. We stop en route to visit the Cham Museum in Danang City, the Lang Co beach and the Marble Mountain, whose peaks represent the five elements of the universe and proceed to Hoi An.
Lunch at local restaurant.
Arrival Hoian, check in hotel then take city tour to visit  the ancient architecture of Hoian is a fascinating combination of Vietnamese traditional characters with Chinese and Japanese influence. There are  plenty to see in this delightful town, some of which are  the famous Japanese Covered Bridges, the Pottery Museum, the 200 years old Tamky House, the Chua Ong Pagoda, the vibrant market. Today we include these on a walking tour past many low tiled houses scattered along the small streets and assembly halls which reflect the town's multi-cultural past.End of day, free at leisure on Cua Dai beach or your own activities

DAY 10: HOIAN – MY SON – HOIAN

After Breakfast, Drive to My Son Holly Land, the site of the most important Cham intellectual and religious center during the 4th to 13th century, classified as the World Heritage site for enjoying Champa traditional music show and visiting the old temples. Photo stop at Tra Kieu Cathadral. Lunch at local restaurant.
Afternoon walking tour around Hoi An ancient town: visit the famous Japanese Covered Bridges, the Pottery Museum, the 200 years old Tamky House, the Chua Ong Pagoda, the vibrant market.
End of day, free at leisure on Cua Dai beach or your own activities.

DAY 11: HOIAN – DANANG – HOCHIMINH  (1HRS BY FLIGHT)

Morning, free at leisure until check-out time and transfer to Danang airport to board flight for Ho Chi Minh City
Arrival Hochiminh city, meet our guide and transfer to hotel for check in. Lunch at local restaurant.
Afternoon, take a Sai Gon city tour to visit to War Crime Museum which features a comprehensive collection of the machinery, weapons, photos, and documentation of Vietnam's wars with the both the French and Americans. Reunification Palace which was the former residence of the President of South Vietnam until end of April 1975. Stop at Notre Dame Cathedral, the Old Sai Gon Post Office , former US Embassy, Cho Lon including the Thien Hau Pagoda. The district is home to the city's 400,000 Chinese and has many beautiful temples and pagodas.

DAY 12:HOCHIMINH - CUCHI TUNNELS

Morning, drive to visit Cu Chi Tunnels, Cu Chi was an important base during the American War, because of its strategic location. The Vietcong built a 200km long network of tunnels connecting command posts, hospitals, shelter and weapon factories. Dug out of hard laterite by hand tools without the use of cement, this amazing network was never discovered. Lunch at local restaurant.

DAY 13: HOCHIMINH – MYTHO

Today we take an excursion to My Tho.  We will be traveling past miles of flat rice fields, along a bustling High Way. On arrival at My Tho, we embark on a boat to Thoi Son Island where we will be entertained with traditional music.  We will then change to a paddle boat to cruise through the narrow canals and visit home grown industries like coconut candy and rice-wine making. We next travel by motorized boat to another Mekong island to visit a bee farm and try tea with fresh honey from the beehives and enjoy fresh seasonal fruits, which is a great way to observe the local lifestyle close-up and catch a view dotted by many islands. As we return to My Tho there will be a visit to the Vinh Trang Pagoda.  Deep fried “Elephant ear fish” rolled with rice papper lunch with traditional food.

DAY 14: HOCHIMINH – PHNOM PENH  (FLIGHT 1HR)

Today you are transferred to airport for flight to Phnompenh. Upon arrive Phnom Penh International airport you will meet tour guide and transfer to hotel for check in. Lunch at local restaurant.
Afternoon, visit Victory Monument, and National Museum, also called Musee des Beaux-Arts. A French archaeologist and painter, Georges Groslier, designed it in Khmer style in 1917, The museum contains a collection of Khmer art - notably sculptures – from throughout the ages. Visit the Royal Palace, built by King Norodom in 1866 on the site of the old town, and the Silver Pagoda. Located within the grounds of the Royal Palace, the Silver Pagoda is so named because of its floor, which is made up of 5000 silver tiles.
End your afternoon with the visit of the Wat Phnom Temple, Phnom Penh's namesake from where you can enjoy views over the tree-lined avenues of the city during sunset, the Sisowath Quay & Naga World Casino

DAY 15: PHNOM PENH – SIEM REAP  (FLIGHT 45MINS)

Visit the Nortorious Tuol Sleng Museum. In 1975 Tuol Sleng Prey High school was taken over by Pol Pot’s security forces and turned into prison known as Security Prison 21 (S-21). You are transferred to Phnom Penh airport for flight to Siem Reap. Upon arrival at Siem Reap International airport the local tour guide will accompany you to hotel for check in. Lunch at local restaurant. Continue to visit interior brick sculptures Prasat Kravan, the Srah Srang reservoir (known as “The Royal Baths” was one used for ritual bathing), Banteay Kdei (surrounded by 4 concentric walls), Eastern Mebon (Guarded at it’s coner by stone figures of harnessed elephants, some of which are still in a reasonable state of presentation) and the mountain-temple of Pre Rup.

DAY 16: SIEM REAP - ANGKOR

In the morning, visit the ancient capital of Angkor Thom (12th c.). See the South Gate with its huge statues depicting the churning of the ocean of milk, the Royal Enclosure, Phimeanakas, the Elephants Terrace, the Terrace of the Leper King and Bayon Temple (unique for its 54 towers decorated with over 200 smiling faces of Avolokitesvara), Ta Prohm Temple of similar design to the Jayavarman VII temples, this quiet sprawling monastic complex is only partially cleared of jungle overgrowth. Intentionally left partially unrestored, massive fig and silk cotton trees grow from the towers and corridors offering some of the best ‘tree-in temple’ photo opportunities at Angkor Wat. Lunch at local restaurant.
Afternoon, visit the most famous of all the temples on the plain of Angkor: Angkor Wat. The temple complex covers 81 hectares and is comparable in size to the Imperial Palace in Beijing. Its distinctive five towers are emblazoned on the Cambodian flag and the 12th century masterpiece is considered by art historians to be the prime example of classical Khmer art and architecture. Angkor Wat's five towers symbolize Meru's five peaks - the enclosed wall represents the mountains at the edge of the world and the surrounding moat, the ocean beyond until sunset at Bakheng Mountain.

DAY 17: SIEM REAP

In the morning, drive to the typical Khmer countryside and visit Banteay Srei temple (10th century), regarded as the Jewel in the crown of Classical Khmer Art. Continue to visit Banteay Samre, one of the most complexes at Angkor due to restoration using the method of “anastylosis”. Lunch at local restaurant.
In the afternoon, you will continue your temple visits to Preah Khan. Built by King Jaryavarman VII, Preah Khan is, like Ta Prohm, a place of towered enclosures and shoulder hugging corridors. Continue to visit Neak Pean, a fountain built in the middle of pool and Ta Som.

DAY 18: SIEM REAP – DEPARTURE

Morning, visit the floating village of Chong Khneas, located 10 kilometers south of Siem Reap. Take a traditional wooden boat for a ride on the Tonle Sap Lake, the "Great Lake" of Cambodia, one of the largest in Asia, you are transferred to the Airport to board flight for Onward Journey.
Meals: Breakfast.
