We had an excellent trip to Vietnam. We were especially impressed with the guides and the drivers. Every time that we returned to Hanoi, Phoung Nguyen, our guide, and Mr. Thang, the driver, met us. It was a very comforting feeling. All the guides on our itinerary were very courtous and knowledgeable. But Phoung Nguyen was particularly excellent!

We were impressed with how efficient your tour company rearranged our tour when the Ha Long Bay cruise was cancelled because of the typhoon. All the travel connections worked just fine. I was surprised that you could book the airlines at such short notice. It was a much appreciated thought that you arranged a day room at the Silk Path when we returned from Sapa and would not leave for Hue until 5 PM. We had not been able to shower after our bike ride in the Sapa Valley and had been on the overnight train, thus no shower there. Thank you for all your hard work!

Windy (Phong), the tour guide, - polite, knowledgeable, good English, good stories! We appreciate his kindness and intelligence. Tours were properly paced so we did not get tired or bored.<br />
Power (Manh), the driver, was excellent and we felt safe.<br />
Hotel: we loved the Sofitel Metropolitan and the Halong Jasmine.<br />

The Food on Halong Bay Boat is excellent. You need a little bit changes in variety for more spicy food instead of Vietnamese spring roll for every meal. The tour guide and driver are very helpful and good.

Lovely places to visit, people are friendly. Public transport need to be upgraded and public toiltes need be upgraded further. I will come back for visiting or business in near future.

Drivers and guide were excellent. The guide was very knowledgeable about the minorities in Sapa. Meals varied from excellent to fair. Generally too much food. Maybe a buffet meals are much better.
